What this means is that people of your choosing will be able to comment on what it was like to do business with you in a number of detailed ways (and the other way around). This information will be stored and compiled by Pubble Hill and analysed on an ongoing basis for fraud.

Anonymous profile.
No user identifiable information is available to anyone on the web. People using Pubble Hill services will never know who owns a certain member name (unless you choose to give them a secure, single use validation key).
