What type of feedback do you record?
Our feedback system works in a similar way to some online auction websites although we allow sellers to customise certain aspects of the feedback process.
  Currently, you can leave feedback on:
    (1) Sellers' professionalism.
    (2) Product/service description.
    (3) Postage Speed.
    (4) Postage cost.
    (5) Sellers communication.
  Other feedback linked options you can set;
    (6) A guarantee for your customers which allows them to update feedback until the guarantee expires.
    (7) A voucher code that allows your customer to get a discount off the next product they purchase from you. The customer gets this once they leave feedback.
  Feedback that you can not deselect;
    (8) Recommend me.
    (9) Advance feedback permission.

What is the minimum amount of feedback that a seller can configure for a sale?
Feedback will at a minimum record; Advance feedback permission - This prevents sellers from doing a bad job and not giving their customers feedback permission. Recommend me - This is the main feedback rating. After the customer has reviewed other feedback items the rate their overall experience which is the main seller/buyer rating. Comments - everyone can leave a short comment on their experience of the transaction.

I have a high traffic site (millions of hits per week), will your API work with this level of traffic?
Our API is designed with high traffic sites in mind. Even with high traffic sites, intelligent data transfers through our free API mean that overhead is kept to a minimum.

I have a very low traffic site, is it worth while getting the API?
Regardless of whether you have a big or small site, the API takes care of your feedback ratings. This means that you don't have to. If you have an intermediate level of PHP/mySQL it should take very little effort to get the API work.

What is 'advance feedback permission'?
When someone sells you an item, if they only give you the ability to submit feedback after they know everything went well, then they would always get perfect feedback. With advance feedback, the seller is obliged to allow you to give feedback once you have paid for the item.

How is feedback calculated?
This will change as we add more features to the site. Currently, if you buy/sell something, a feedback point is added. The average seller satisfaction is measured as a percentage.
