By registering with Pubble Hill limited (�Pubble Hill�), you agree to our terms and conditions which will govern your use of the Pubble Hill search facility ('the Directory'), the Pubble Hill API ('the API) and the Pubble Hill website (�the website) or any other Pubble Hill sites or services. Please review these before proceeding. These terms and conditions can change without notice. When changes are made to the terms and conditions, we will contact members of Pubble Hill Limited by e-mail.

IMPORTANT: only individuals authorised by a company or organisation may enter or change information in the Directory relating to that company.

By downloading and using the API or the API services supplied by Pubble Hill Limited the member agrees to the following;

The Pubble Hill member must check that their members are in fact linked to a specific username at their site before displaying any Pubble Hill feedback for that member.

API users agree not to modify the Pubble Hill feedback logo in any way. This includes the size, shape, colour, text font and position etc.

You agree not to give any information gathered using the Pubble Hill API to any third party website. For example, you cannot provide information on your members Pubble Hill feedback to another website.

For subscribers to Pubble Hill services.
Should you subscribe to Pubble Hill services with this vender, you agree that this vendor can generate feedback permission that will allow their members to leave feedback about you. You also agree that sites that you give permission to can retrieve your Pubble Hill feedback information from Pubble Hill Limited.


Authentication of Data

1. Users of Pubble Hill are responsible for ensuring that information ('Data') provided by them for the Directory is complete, accurate and up to date. We shall have no obligation to verify any Data and no liability for incomplete, inaccurate or out of date Data.

5. You may not;
" Use contact details provided by any individual or company to send or communicate general marketing material or information;
" Publish or re-sell any Data from the Directory or content from the Website;
" Copy, modify or de-compile the whole or any part of the software contained in the Directory;
" Use Data from the Directory to create general mailing lists;
" Use the contact information or the communication functionality provided in the Directory to send any offensive, vexatious or illegal messages or materials;
" Publish or re-sell the taxonomy contained within this website, or any part thereof.

6. You may not disclose your password to any other person.

Denial of Access

7. If we reasonably believe that you are using the Directory in contravention of these terms and conditions we may terminate your access to the Directory and delete your company's Data.

Availability of Directory and Website

8. We give no warranty that the Directory, the Website or any part of their functionality, will be available at any given time or times. We may at our discretion remove or add elements of functionality.

Use of Data by Third Parties

9. We shall use all reasonable efforts to investigate any misuse of the Directory and the Data that is reported to us. Any action in addition to denial of access to the Directory will be at our complete discretion.

Limitation of Liability

10. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by user negligence. We shall not otherwise be liable for any loss or damage, however caused, arising from use of the Directory, the Website or the Data by us, by you, or by any third party.

11. You acknowledge that use of the Directory and the Website are subject to the inherent risks of the internet, which may include unauthorised, harmful and invasive computer programmes and codes ('Viruses') transmitted by third parties. We shall at all times use industry standard anti-virus software and security measures to protect the Website and the Directory against viruses but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have in place anti virus software and security measures to protect your business systems against these risks and we shall have no liability to you in respect thereof.

Intellectual Property Rights

12. All database rights and other intellectual property rights in the Directory, the Directory taxonomy and the content and software contained in the Website belong to us. Your rights in these materials are limited to those specifically granted by these terms and conditions.

Removal of Data

13. We may remove from the Directory Data relating to your company if:
" Your company becomes insolvent, goes into liquidation or ceases to trade; or
" You or any other person associated with the company is in breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Laws

14. These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.

Data Protection

By entering your personal email address you agree to receive at that email address:
" Communications from other users of the Pubble Hill Directory; and
" Communication from us relating to your entry as described on the registration page;
" Other communications from us, our associated companies and relevant third parties, as described in our privacy policy.
